My essential oils have been invaluable to me over this time. On this rainy day I am diffusing a blend of bergamot, lavender and mandarin.
Bergamot has a soothing effect , calming the mind as well as the nervous system. Its fresh, sweet yet smoky aroma can support stress and anxiety, making it a top Aromatherapy choice when feeling a low mood or depression.
If feeling unmotivated or 'bored' it can help gently uplift and relieve fatigue.

Mandarin is also a cheery oil to use at home especially with children. Mandarin Essential Oil can provide joy and calm within your environment. It calms and soothes the stress as well as anxiety.
3 drops of mandarin essential oil could be added to the diffuser to support restlessness, fatigue, stress, negative emotions, anxiety, fear, irritability and tantrums. It is also good for those children who are stubborn or over-excited.
Really nice combined Lavender essential oil at night time for children especially if they are feeling worried or not sleeping well
Both of these oils have a whole host of other properties and are both supportive for the digestive system, used in skincare, immune system, and are both amazing tonics for the body.
