Cancellation Policy

All courses require a non refundable/ non-transferable deposit of £100 for Diploma Courses and £30 for workshops. This will be returned in the event of a course or workshop not running. Balance for the course should then be made in full 2 weeks before the start of your course start date.   Payment plans need to be agreed with the school prior to the course.

Cancellations for any VTCT Diploma Course or CPD Workshop will only be accepted if made in writing at least four weeks before the start of the course.  A full refund will then be administered to you.

Cancellations will not be accepted after the four week period prior to the start of the course and full payment for the course will remain payable unless we can fill your space.  This will also apply to any payment plans that have been agreed with the school.

If you need to cancel a course due to ill health or unexpected circumstances, it is at our discretion that we allow a refund.  A doctor’s note may be required in these circumstances.

If you wish to transfer to another course this will be at the discretion of our school and if places are available.

Massage Equipment, Clothing and Text Books

In the  event of a course being cancelled, the college will not be liable for any expenses incurred by the student associated with joining that course.  Please contact us to check if the course is running before you buy any equipment related to your studies.

Covid-19

No refunds will be allowed if there is cancellation or disruption to your course  due to Covid-19.  If we have to cancel or postpone a course due to an outbreak of Covid-19 within our school or due to Government Regulations, the course will be rescheduled for a later date.
