Aromatherapy is a beautiful treatment using natural oils from plants and flowers. This wonderful therapy can support a wide range of conditions such as stress, anxiety, insomnia, digestive disorders to name but a few. An Aromatherapist will create a be-spoke blend of oils to work with through massage , bathing , skincare or other traditional methods to induce a deep sense of well-being for the client
In this course you will develop your skills in blending pure essential oils . These will then be applied through a therapeutic full body massage. You will feel confident choosing oils for your clients in a therapy setting.
You will also learn other other application methods such as inhalations, compresses and skincare.
You will discover and learn the benefits and properties of over 30 essential oils,blending them to safe dilution and having awareness of contraindications.

Level 3 VTCT Diploma in Reflexology
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment which can help the body heal itself. It is based on the theory that different points on the feet and hands called reflexes are linked to corresponding parts of the body.
In this course you will be taught specific techniques to perform a reflexology treatment on both the feet and the hands.

Indian Head Massage has been practised in India for over 1000 years. Traditionally the techniques were restricted to the head and hair, to improve scalp and hair condition of Indian women.
The massage we will learn is for the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, face and scalp.
Indian Head Massage is a safe, accessible, and convenient therapeutic treatment that can be performed either in the clinic or the workplace. This holistic treatment can provide instant relief from tension and stress symptoms promoting a state of calm, peace and harmony.
This simple yet effective therapy uses a variety of techniques to manipulate soft tissue. It is performed with the client in a seated position, with or without the use of oils. The therapist uses a range of different massage pressures and rhythms to stimulate the head, neck, and upper back and shoulder area. A typical massage will last about 45 minutes.

Indian Head Massage provides relief from aches and pains, promotes a healthy scalp and hair, and helps induce relaxation and a feeling of well-being.

Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy
The VTCT Level 4 Certificate in Sports Massage Therapy is a vocational qualification that will prepare you for a career as a sports massage practitioner working with injured clients. This qualification is designed for learners aged 18 years or over and the units contained in this qualification cover all the skills and knowledge required for this role. Entry onto this qualification can be via previous attainment of a Level 3 qualification in sports massage therapy or equivalent.
If you have a Level 3 Diploma in Massage you will be required to attend the fast track which will then allow you to continue with the Level 4 Sports Massage Course.
Course aims
Increase your understanding of the advanced anatomical, physiological and pathological principles of sports massage. You will acquire advanced palpation skills, and learn how to analyse posture and movement, whilst developing a wide range of advanced massage skills and techniques to prevent and manage injury.
