Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Fascia Release

An exciting therapeutic technique to grow your practice.

This course will be brought to you by Krzysztof Klimek, Master of Physiotherapy and Holistic Manual Therapy. He has completed many different trainings and courses in the field of Sacro-cranial therapy, musculoskeletal fascial therapy, lymphedema therapy, functional therapy and meditation.

This course is made up of 7 modules which include 4 online modules and 3 delivered face to face.  The practical modules are covered over 3 weekends.  It combines knowledge in the field of physiotherapy, psychosomatics, yoga and psychology.

Course content will include:

• Reading body posture and quality of movement related to physical and psychosomatic dysfunctions

• Combining breathing techniques with the therapeutic process.

• An introduction to fascia release exercises and relaxation techniques to remove psychosomatic tensionReading body posture and quality of movement related to physical and
  psychosomatic dysfunctions

• Module 1: Anatomy and Pathology Online

• Module 2: Business Online

• Module 3: Health and Safety Online

• Module 4: Basic Function Anatomy and Physiology of Fascia Release Mix Online and Class (This module will help you to understand what is fascia, how it's working and why it's important for human body. This knowledge will open new perspective for human movement.)

• Module 5: Posterial and Anterial Practical Fascia Release Class (In this module you will learn practical skills on how to unlock Front Fascia and Back Chains, how to Read Body posture and what kind of mentally/emotionally patterns it holds. You will learn how to effectually communicate with client and how to present effects of therapy to client.)

• Module 6: Lateral and Spiral Practical Fascia Release Class (In this module you will learn practical skills how to unlock Lateral and Spiral Fascia Chains, how to read body posture patterns, what kind of mentally/emotionally patterns they holding. You will learn how to tracking progress of therapy and present it in clear way to client.)

• Module 7: Deep Posterial Practical Fascia Release and Whole Human Body Fascia Balance Class (In this module you will learn practical skills, how to unlock Deep Front Fascia Chain and build up balance in Fascia System, how to maintain balance in body. You will learn how to craft treatment plan and keep tracking of progress of your clients. You will get knowledge how to create successful practice base on Holistic Fascia Release model.)
